Managing an optical shop has never been easier. With Asaan Optics Desktop, you can streamline your billing, track your frames and lenses inventory, and manage patient prescriptions securely from your PC. In this guide, we will walk you through the complete installation process and how to get started.

Part 1: Downloading & Installation
Download the Installer File
Go to the official Asaan Optics website. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Download Desktop App" button. This will redirect you to a secure Google Drive link where you can download the .exe installer file.
Run the Installer & Windows Protection
Double-click the downloaded file. If you are using Windows 10 or 11, you might see a blue "Windows protected your PC" popup. Don't worry, this is normal for new software.
- Click on "More info".
- Then click the "Run anyway" button.
Complete Installation
Follow the simple on-screen setup wizard. Click Next, and finally click Finish. If prompted, restart your computer. Asaan Optics is now successfully installed on your desktop!
Part 2: Getting Started (Quick Usage)
Create an Account
Open the app. If you are a new user, fill in your shop name, address, email, and set a password to Sign Up. If you already have a mobile account, simply Sign In using the same credentials. All your data will sync instantly!
Receipts & WhatsApp
Once saved, go to Search Customer. From here, you can generate a PDF receipt, print it via a Thermal Printer, or click the WhatsApp button to send a professional, automated order confirmation directly to your customer's phone.
Add Patients & Make Sales
Navigate to the Add Customer screen. Enter the customer's name and WhatsApp number. Enter their eye prescription details. You can also select frames and lenses directly from your saved Inventory.
