01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the **Asaan Optics** mobile application and desktop software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and **Techwine Solutions**. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
02 User Accounts & Security
To access the full features of Asaan Optics, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Ensuring the accuracy of the business and customer data you input.
03 Subscription & Maintenance Plans
Asaan Optics offers a freemium model. While basic mobile features are free, certain professional modules and the **Desktop Version** require an active subscription or activation code.
Note: Desktop Activation is tied to a unique device ID. Transferring a license between devices may require admin approval and additional fees.
Maintenance Charges: After the initial activation period (typically 3 months for new users), maintenance charges may apply to keep the cloud sync and desktop services active. Failure to pay maintenance may result in a "Read-Only" mode.
04 Medical & Optical Disclaimer
Asaan Optics is a **Management Tool**, not a diagnostic device. The optical calculators (Transposition, Vertex, etc.) are provided for estimation purposes only. Final prescriptions and lens fittings should always be verified by a qualified Optometrist or Optician through subjective refraction. Techwine Solutions is not liable for errors in lens dispensing based on app calculations.
05 Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the App.
- Using the App for any illegal business activities.
- Bypassing activation screens or subscription gates using unauthorized patches.
- Sharing activation codes with other shop owners.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, **Techwine Solutions** shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
