Pay online by card

Plans can now be paid by card on the website, for one shop or for several branches in one payment.
- Activate now under each plan on the pricing page opens the payment page with that plan and period.
- Enter the login email of each shop: the page shows the shop's name before you pay, so the right shop is paid for.
- The plan switches on by itself as soon as the payment goes through, and the time is added after the current end date.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel; each renewal extends every shop in the payment.
- Each shop gets an email from billing@asaanoptics.com and a notification on its phone when a payment or renewal goes through.
- Shops in Pakistan pay through WhatsApp, as before.

Branches, a help chat inside the app, Google sign-in and a new look.
- My Branches: run several optical shops from one PC, with today's sales per branch, sales compared over time and Enter branch with full control. No branch fee.
- AI Support: ask how to do something in your own words, in 9 languages or Roman Urdu, and get the steps with a button that opens the screen.
- Sign up and sign in with Google.
- A new light design across every screen; receipts and printing are unchanged.
- WhatsApp: receipts and pickup messages open in WhatsApp or WhatsApp Web with the message written; you press send. WhatsApp receipts
- Sales: the cards at the top follow the table's search and sale-type filters, and the cash count has 5, 2 and 1 coins.
- Dashboard: Store expenses shows this month's expenses.
- Shop Settings: a country picker for the country code, which also fills the currency.
- Without a plan: 3 of the 19 calculators (Transposition, Spherical Equivalent, Vertex) and 5 AI Support questions a day.

An eye examination on the phone, a help chat and a new look.
- Eye examination: distance and near visual acuity, pinhole, colour screening (not an Ishihara test) and the Amsler grid, saved in the patient's history. A screening aid, not a diagnosis.
- AI Support on the home screen, with the same guide as the desktop.
- A new light design, and a dark mode in Shop Settings, App experience.
- Scan Prescription shows what it read next to the photo, with doubtful values marked in yellow to check.
- Accounts made with Google set a password, so the same account also signs in on the desktop.
- WhatsApp messages open with the text written; you choose WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business and press send.
- Without a plan: 30 entries every 30 days, 3 of the 19 calculators and 5 prescription scans a month.

What is new in Asaan Optics?

Do I have to pay for the updates?
No. Updates come with the plan. On Windows the app tells you when a new version is ready; Android updates come through Google Play.
