What it does not do

  • No vision insurance: it does not check benefits or file claims with plans such as VSP or EyeMed.
  • It is not an EHR. It stores the spectacle prescription and the order, not exam records, and it has no appointment schedule.
  • Card payments are recorded on the sale; the software does not connect to a card terminal.
  • One sales tax rate is set for the shop.
  • Customer messages go out on WhatsApp, not by SMS or email.
