What it offers a shop in India

Language
Hindi or English, in both apps. This website has a page in Hindi.
Currency
Set the shop's currency to ₹ or INR in the shop details.
Tax
Name the tax GST, enter the rate and your GSTIN as the registration number, and choose prices inclusive or exclusive of tax.
Receipts
57/58 mm and 80 mm thermal rolls, A4 and A5 from the desktop; 80 mm thermal, A4 PDF or an image from the phone.
Messages
Order confirmation, ready for pickup, completed and repair messages on WhatsApp.
Paying
The Android plan is paid through Google Play, which shows the price for India. For Desktop Pro or the bundle, message us on WhatsApp.

What it does not do

  • One tax rate is set for the shop. It does not keep a separate GST rate or HSN code for each item.
  • It does not create GST e-invoices (IRN) or e-way bills, and it does not file returns. Your accountant works from the sales exports.
  • Stock is managed on the Windows desktop, not on the phone.

  • Is Asaan Optics available in Hindi?

    Yes. Hindi is one of the languages of the desktop program and of the Android app. English is available in both.

  • Can it put GST on the bill?

    Yes. Name the tax GST, enter the rate and your registration number, and choose whether prices include the tax or have it added. One rate applies to the shop's sales and prescription orders.

  • Does it create GST e-invoices?

    No. It prints the tax and your registration number on the receipt, but it does not generate IRN e-invoices or e-way bills.
